NIBONG TEBAL, 11 April 2026 — The Northern Varsity Ultimate Crown (NVUC) 2026 successfully gathered 181 players from various universities and secondary schools at the Engineering Campus Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

Organized by the Frisbee Secretariat, the tournament showcased strong teamwork, agility, and sportsmanship among participants despite challenging weather conditions.

Throughout the competition, teams delivered intense matches featuring exciting plays and closely contested outcomes, providing an engaging experience for spectators.

NVUC 2026 aimed to strengthen relationships among teams in the northern region while serving as a platform to promote and enhance the development of local university and secondary school teams in Ultimate Frisbee.

The tournament concluded with a closing ceremony that honoured outstanding teams and players, marking another successful milestone in the growth of the Ultimate Frisbee scene in the northern region.
